I create custom designs including Carrd and Rentry pages, graphic design and GFX banners, pinned posts and proof of transaction layouts, customized QR codes and album covers, templates such as for-sale items, price lists, or sold items, announcements, promos, layouts, bios, formats, social links, custom captions for sold or successful transactions, infographics, publication materials, Google Forms for orders or feedback, interactive Canva websites or Canva websites integrated with forms and sheets, and other customized design requests.

All commissions are non-refundable once work has started, unless I am unable to complete the project. Limited revisions are included, typically 1–2 minor edits, while major changes after approval may incur an additional fee. Rushed or priority orders may cost extra, and I reserve the right to decline commissions that I am uncomfortable with.

All work pages are for personal or informational use only. I am not responsible for deleted or suspended accounts, and clients should double-check all text content before final approval.
⟡ㅤpublication
Final files will be delivered in the agreed format only. Work may not be resold or redistributed unless discussed beforehand. Credit is appreciated but not required, unless stated otherwise. I am not responsible for printing errors or platform compression. All designs, content, and academic-related commissions remain the intellectual property of the creator (Vael). Work will not be credited to anyone else unless otherwise agreed.

These terms are in place to ensure clarity, respect, and transparency. All designs are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used as inspiration for resale. Timelines will be discussed in advance, and while I strive to meet deadlines, occasional delays may occur, with clients informed accordingly. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if these terms are not followed.
⟡ㅤordering
Clients can place orders via Google Form or direct message. Payment can be made either in full upfront or 50% upfront, with the remaining balance due before final delivery. Payment must be completed within 12 hours of confirmation, or the order will be automatically forfeited. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to review. Canceled commissions will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the most recent output provided.
